    It is around 5.5~8.5-millimeter-long. The upper part of body is purple or green, and the bottom is blueish navy. Males’ antennas come from the middle of the mouthpart, and the area near the mouthpart is rigidly crooked. Males’ antennas come from the back ares of the middle.

  • ecology

    Their food plants are maple trees. They lay their eggs in nest built with two to three leaves rolled out of species of maple trees.
